WASHINGTON – Iran’s Ayatollah Khamenei yesterday called on Muslim nations around the world to unite militarily in response to the imminent coming of Islam’s messianic savior – the Mahdi.
Khamenei, through his spokesman Ali Saeedi, specifically beckoned the nations of Turkey, Iraq, Lebanon, Pakistan and Afghanistan to join together with Iran in preparation for the Mahdi’s soon coming.
Response: The Ayatollah wants to put in place a Muslim army to defeat the enemies of Islam—especially the USA and Israel in order to prepare for the coming ‘Mahdi’ – an Islamic Messianic figure destined to rule the world according to Islamic belief.
Meanwhile, Pres. Obama spends his time trying to force the Israeli’s to refrain from building on the West bank and calling it a victory and a hope for peace. However, Iran continues to work on delivering an atomic weapon which would bring a major power shift in the Middle East and most probably a military response from Israel.
The President seems to be ignoring that real threat. Lately even Saudi Arabia is concerned about that development but to no avail as the President is far more concerned with forcing Israel to give up some of their territory to the Palestinians.
If the Palestinian State does finally become a reality does anyone really think that it will end the conflict in the Middle-East?
