There is an Arab Festival in Dearborn Michigan but Christian ministries who usually hand out tracks at the event will not be allowed to do so this time. U.S. District Judge Nancy Edmonds ruled in favor of the festival organizers who decided to ban Christian ministries from participating as they usually do.
The case will be appealed by the Arabic Christian Perspective, a Christian group that ministers to Muslims. Usually during this event they hand out Christian tracks and talk to people on the public sidewalks but this time city officials ruled that the sidewalks were part of the festival grounds and there by participation could be limited.
Response: In the long run this ruling will probably be overturned but not in time for this years event. The city officials say they are concerned for the safety of attendees and would like to avoid any possible controversy, but they sure have one now. Free speech and free exercise of religion are at stake in this case and it will be interesting to see how this is resolved.
