-God Said if They Ate the Forbidden Fruit They Would Die But They Didn’t?

Q:  God said that Adam and Eve would die if they ate the forbidden fruit but they didn’t?

A:  Actually they did die, just not immediately. Death became a part of the human saga after Adam and Eve ate from the forbidden tree. The inference here is that Adam and Eve might have lived on forever and never suffered death.  The fact is that they did immediately die spiritually and were cast out of the presence of God.
