-Devotion and Prayer for the Day: Psalm 121

Read Psalm 121 and then join us in prayer:
Our Father,
Thank you Lord for being our help and the one we can always depend upon no matter what the situation. You continue to watch over us and keep us from all evil. You also are with us in our coming in and our going out and in the midst of it all. Thank you Lord.
We pray now for the American church, Many are not meeting in person due to the pandemic, Others seem to be slumbering while our culture slides into darkness away from your Word and teaching. Many are praying for America which is encouraging. Let your kingdom come down in our midst and transform our churches, pastors, leaders, and people. Bring forth Pauls out of the Sauls who now do not believe and actually oppose the church.
We lift our eyes to you and we pray for our nation and our cities. May you show favor over our country once more and may your Spirit hover over our neighborhoods and businesses and in the city streets. Bless us again with a new awakening and revival all across America.
Let your Kingdom come and your will be done. Come, Lord Jesus come; let your Spirit flood our nation once more while there is yet day. The help we need in opposing our evil enemies can only come from you for now and forevermore.
