-Devotion and Prayer for the Day: Psalm 112

Join us in today’s prayer and devotion-
Read Psalm 112 and then join us in prayer:
Our Father,
Let us be among those who are not moved and continue valiantly in the faith. Let your light shine in our lives and inspire us to help others and be gracious, merciful, and loving to all we come in contact with.
In the process you have promised to bless us and our posterity. In that light we now live in a nation that is slipping into darkness, division, and chaos. Let the light of your Holy Spirit hover over this nation once more and bring revival and a new awakening.
Let us have a part to play as your servants; let your Kingdom come down in our midst and let signs and wonders flow from your people to every neighborhood, city, state, and the whole country from sea to shining sea. Let healing and miracles follow the preaching of your Word and testimonies, and let the captives of false religions and philosophies be set free while there is yet day.
In Jesus name, Amen.
