-Devotion and Prayer for the Day: Psalm 73

Join us in today’s prayer and devotion-
Read Psalm 73 and then join us in prayer:
Our Father,
Truly those who believe are blessed and are continually in your presence for now and forever. You hold our hands; your Holy Spirit guides us and counsels us daily, and you receive us into your Kingdom on earth and in heaven.
Where does our hope lie in this life and the one to come except in you O Lord? There is nothing on earth that will satisfy or ultimately heal us and bring us joy besides your Son and your Kingdom. Our flesh and our strength may fail, and the current pandemic may change the way we live but you are the destiny and guardian of our hearts and our portion forever.
For those who believe and have faith it is a blessing to read your Word and be near you partaking of your Holy Spirit daily. We will tell of your faithfulness and mighty works in our lives. Let us demonstrate your signs and wonders and the miracles of your Word in this generation and bring revival to a dying nation and world.
Those who disbelieve are misled by the evil one. They seem to prosper in this life without a care but what is their destiny in the next? We cry out for their souls O Lord that our testimony might be heard in their midst and be received with gladness; so that they may also know the blessings of your Son and Kingdom in this life and the mercies of your salvation now and forevermore.
