-Devotion and Prayer for the Day: Psalm 17

Join us in today’s prayer and devotion-
Read Psalm 17 and then join us in prayer:
Our Father,
Hide us in the shadow of your wings from our enemies and the sickness that would come against us and our friends and families. Help us O Lord to rise up and bring the Good News of your Son and your love to all, even those who reject your Word and want to define for themselves what is good.
The hearts of the people in our land are open in the midst this this pandemic; let us rise up and demonstrate your teaching and good news with love and with supernatural power and authority. Let healings, miracles, signs and wonders shake America once more and bring a new awakening and revival across the whole land.
The enemy has divided our people against themselves. Politics, ideologies, racial discrimination, and diverse sexual identities and religions seek to dominate America and bring down the freedoms you gave us. Rise up O Lord and push the enemy back. Let your churches and servants be united across economic and racial lines and bring change in the name of your Son Jesus.
Let your Spirit go before us and change the spiritual environment of evil that surrounds us and enslaves the people we need to reach in the name of your Son. Let there be a new day in America; a day of hope, faith, healing, and unity under the banner of your love:
