Read Hosea 9-10 and then join us in prayer:
Our Father,
Through the prophet Hosea You counseled the nation of Israel to:
12 Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the Lord, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.
We are praying for our own nation, seeking mercy; praying and calling for all Christians to stand up and seek Your help that comes through the counsel of Your Word and Holy Spirit.
We want Your help to break up the fallow unbelieving ground of our culture; we can’t do this in our own strength, we seek Your sovereign help. Please let Your Spirit fall upon our nation once more like rain; we want to see revival and new spiritual awakening in America.
In Jesus name, Amen.
