Here’s another ‘top ten’ list of 2011. This is one we put up every year for your consideration. It is particularly good at demonstrating the continuing secularization of America and the drift away from Christian values.

Top Ten Anti-Christian Acts of 2011 in America by Defend Christians.Org:

1) California Governor Jerry Brown signs a bill forcing public school curriculum and textbooks to “celebrate” homosexual, transgender and bisexuals. Click here to read more.

2) President Obama declared June “Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride Month” and hosted a White House celebration by homosexuals. Click here to read more.

3) A Bible study was shut down San Juan Capistrano, CA officials who claimed the group needed a permit because it posed a risk to public safety and health. Click here to read more.

4) A homosexual activist effort caused investigations by the online money-transfer company, PayPal, against pro-family Christian organizations. Click here to read more.

5) Because of a complaint filed by the ACLU, the liberal 9th Circuit Court ruled that the Mt. Soledad War Memorial in San Diego was unconstitutional. Click here to read more.

6) In Kalispell Montana, pro-lifers were attacked by a fire-bomb during a prayer vigil in front of an abortion clinic. No one was hurt, but a police officer remarked pro-lifers should expect this sort of reaction to their activities. Click here to read more.

7) A Christian Florida teacher was suspended after school administrators discovered his support of traditional marriage posted on the internet. Click here to read more.

8) A Christian man in Minnesota was fired from his job because a one of his female co-workers attended a Bible Study that his wife led. Click here to read more.

9) In Franklin Massachusetts a pro-life man was beat by the police for peacefully handing out pro-life materials. The police accused him of conspiring to plant bombs. Click here to read more.

10) NBC television network twice took the words “under God” from the Pledge of Allegiance in its lead-up to the U.S. Open at Congressional Country Club. Click here to read more.

Response: This list is worthy of our consideration every year. If you have any events that you would like to add to this list for 2011 please comment below.

I believe that #1 is particularly worthy of that consideration. If you think that this bill only affects California you are unfortunately mistaken.

The bill signed by Gov. Brown forces children in public school beginning at age 6 (1st grade) to receive LGBT propaganda written right into their regular textbooks and curricula. There is no ‘op-out’ for parents. Not only that, since California is the largest user of school textbooks in the nation, chances are that textbooks used all across the nation will end up conforming to the California law. So this could be coming to a school near you in the future no matter where you live in America.            *Top
