My thought on Voyage of the Dawn Treader was that it is flawed and made too many changes from the book to be considered true. I was very disapointed and will not buy or watch it again. They did not need to do the green mist story line, and felt it removed itself from the book. There were some good effects like with the room filling up with water etc but overall 2/5 very disappointed.

In some ways I wish Tyler would have been healed in the end but if that isn’t what happened in real life, then I can see why the movie ended the way it did. Also I know that God doesn’t always heal people on earth but takes them home to be with Him.

That is the very reason I reviewed and promoted this film in the first place. I believe that the film can be helpful to some in bringing out issues that many try to ignore and seek God’s help in making life and relationships better.

I agree with Dr. D. There are so many men that have been abandoned either emotionally or physically from thier fathers, to then be unable to love a women or their families fully. I am currently attempting to save a marriage and help my husband deal with the anger, hurt and abandonment felt by his father’s continued betrayal.
He watched and for the second time in 25 years he cried because the movie awoke a feeling in him!
He saw a redemption in the end of the story.

WOW, hurry up and get this movie into theaters, great trailer, great scenery, great story. We need more movies with THIS type of message rather than sex, sex, sex…..
