We reported on Friday that the 60 churches meeting in NY City public schools had received a stay from U.S. District Court and could temporarily continue where they were.
later in the day, the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the stay issued by the District court would only apply to one church- the Bronx Household of Faith that started the case in the first place 17 years ago.
This left both the churches and the school administrators in limbo over what to do about this Sundays services. This case gets crazier by the minute.
The 2nd Circuit’s is the court which ruled that the churches had to go and that ruling was left in place because the Supreme Court refused to take the case. *Top
