Here’s another Iranian call for the destruction of Israel.  This time by the head guy himself–Ayatollah Ali Khamenei:

“Surely, the day will come when the nations of the region will witness the destruction of the Zionist regime… when the destruction happens will depend on how the Islamic nations approach the issue.”

“Zionist regime is a great danger to the world of Islam as it was thinking of expanding its influence and grip on the region every day.”

Response: Another olive branch from a major leader in the ‘religion of peace’? Khamenei is calling for the Muslim nations to band together and get it done and over with. A month doesn’t seem to go by without one of the Iranian leaders threatening the destruction of Israel.

Its no wonder that the Israelis are concerned about Iran’s nuclear program. Actually all of us should be concerned. The same leaders also trot out at least once a month to do a ‘down with America’ speech. Meanwhile their influence in the Middle East is growing with the apprehension that soon they will be going nuclear.            *Top
