Taliban Says It Plans to Kidnap and Kill More Foreigners

The Afghan Taliban announced plans to continue kidnapping and killing foreigners, particularly from those nations with troops in Afghanistan.
Many diplomats speculated that this would be the case after all the attention, $20 Million, and promises to withdraw troops that they had directly received from the South Korean government. Many are critical of the South Korean response to the crisis. The Americans and Afghan government had wanted to try to rescue the hostages but that was nixed by Korean officials.
Update: Some Former Hostages claim that they were beaten because they would not convert to Islam. *Top
