Taliban Releases Two Korean Hostages
by Dr. D ~ August 13th, 2007
The Taliban freed two of the Korean hostages as a gesture of good faith towards the South Korean negotiators and because the two women were supposedly ‘sick’.
Into the 25th day of this crisis, they are still holding 19 hostages, 16 of which are women. Our prayers should continue for the remaining hostages and their families.
*Update: According to a spokesman for the South Korean Foreign Ministry, the released hostages are Kim Gina, 32, and Kim Kyung-ja, 37. *Top
