As you first begin to turn the pages you immediately realize that somehow this little book is very different than anything you have ever read before. On the ‘Endorsements’ page you find Billy Graham, Nelson Mandela, President Clinton, Archbishop TuTu, an ‘aids activist’, and Republican Senator Bill Frist, MD. What could all these very different folks have in common?
